◈Scope of Services◈
The Artist agrees to create and deliver digital artworks, specifically digital illustrations and digital paintings, exclusively for personal use by the Client.
The Client acknowledges and agrees not to reproduce the commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes (Unless stated otherwise).◈Payment Terms◈
The Client has two payment options: full upfront payment or a 50% initial payment. Upon confirmation of the sketch, the Client is required to make the 50% initial payment. This initial payment is non-refundable and ensures that work on the commission will commence. The remaining 50% of the payment is to be made after the completion of the artwork but before the final delivery. Both payments will be processed through PayPal or Stripe.If the Client opts for the full upfront payment, it is non-refundable post-completion. The completed artwork will be delivered to the Client once the full payment is received through the chosen payment method.For the 50% initial payment option, any refund requests post-completion will result in an incomplete commission, and the Artist will retain 50% of the total payment. The finalized artwork will not be released until the remaining 50% payment is made through the selected payment platform.After the work is finished and the full payment (for either payment option) is received, the Artist will send the completed artwork to the Client's designated email address. Payment transactions will be securely processed through the Client's choice of PayPal or Stripe.

◈Intellectual Property◈
The Artist retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, for the digital artworks.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive license for a specific purpose as outlined in a separate agreement.
Prohibition on using the artwork in AI or blockchain-associated technologies. (NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space)
The Client is required to credit the Artist as the original creator.◈Artist's Rights◈
The Artist maintains copyright of the commissioned artwork and reserves the right to use, publish, livestream, and record both the artwork and its creation process.
In the case of fanart for existing series or franchises, the Artist reserves the right to sell the artwork in various formats such as prints or art books.
The Artist also retains the right to decline or cancel a commission in the event of continuous inappropriate behavior from the Client, with no refunds provided, and the potential blacklisting of the Client.◈Commission Process◈
Clients are required to provide comprehensive visual references for better results.
Commissions are not on a first-come, first-served basis, and the estimated completion time is 1–2 weeks from the commencement of work.
The Artist will notify the Client of any substantial delays in the completion process.◈Refunds and Adjustments◈
Refunds are generally not accepted once work has commenced unless there is a documented issue on the Artist's part or a failure to meet specified payment terms.
The Client will be provided with a preliminary sketch for approval, during which major changes can be requested.
After the completion of the artwork, only minor adjustments will be considered permissible, such as modifications to hues, correction of color errors, refining small details, or adjusting text variations.
No alterations that significantly impact the composition of the piece will be entertained after completion, and significant changes may incur additional charges.◈Delivery◈
The completed artwork, being a digital product, will be delivered to the Client via email and will not be physically shipped.

Commercial Usage Note:
Any commercial use or requests for drawings intended for commercial purposes, such as logos, web pages, or similar applications, are subject to separate discussions. The fee for such commercial usage will be negotiated separately and may be higher than standard pricing, considering the broader scope and potential impact of the artwork in commercial terms.
The Artist and Client will discuss and agree on fair compensation for commercial licensing and usage rights. This negotiation will be conducted in good faith, ensuring the Artist receives appropriate compensation for the expanded use of the commissioned artwork in commercial contexts
